Event Booking Terms and Conditions

• The booking form constitutes a legally binding agreement. Payment must be received in full prior to the event.
• We cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of registration information.
• The Super Early Bird discounted rate (where offered) is non-refundable.
• Cancellations at the full conference rate and standard early bird rate, confirmed in writing 14 days prior to the event, will be refunded minus an administration charge of 20%.
• We regret that no refund can be made after that date, for whatever reason.
• Substitutions may be accepted if notified in writing before the event.
• Bookings made less than 7 days prior to an event are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend the conference and are purchasing the conference report, it will be sent to you after the event, provided your payment has been received.
• It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and the timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers.

Data Protection
The personal information provided by you will be held on a database by Food and Behaviour Research and used to manage your registration for and attendance at the conference. Unless you advise to the contrary in writing and in advance to FAB Research, your name and affiliation may be made available in a list of delegates to both attendees and sponsors of the conference. The personal data in the database will be retained by FAB Research, unless requested in writing, and may be used in future to inform you about other appropriate services and events that may be organised by or in conjunction with FAB Research.
