Living with ADHD—or experiencing related challenges—often involves emotional and mood-related difficulties. But how much of a role does nutrition really play?

With so much information (and misinformation) circulating online, it can be difficult to separate fact from fiction.

What does the latest research actually say about the impact of diet on ADHD and emotional well-being? And how might practical changes in nutrition help?

Join us for this insightful webinar, where FAB speakers Hazel De Maeijer and Dr. Alex Richardson will explore:

  • The intricate connections between ADHD and mood
  • Why diet and nutrition are key factors in emotional resilience

Following the success of our introductory event - on ‘Nutrition for ADHD & related conditions’ - we’re now taking a deeper look into the relevance of nutrition to mood, within the context of ADHD.

You'll hear more about:

  • How ADHD has immense overlap with and a range of mood and emotional differences, and mental health conditions - including stress, anxiety and depression.

  • What the latest studies reveal about the role of nutrition in emotional regulation, mood stability - and mental wellbeing within an ADHD context.

  • Which aspects of nutrition & diet might be worth prioritising - and how food is not an 'alternative' approach but essential to building mental and emotional resilience.

  • What a rational & ‘evidence-based’ approach might mean in this context - and why research in this area is particularly complex.

We will also be answering as many of YOUR questions as we can.
