From promising studies on mood disorders to emerging evidence around dementia prevention, Omega-3 fatty acids have attracted growing attention in research.

In this eye-opening session, neuroscientist and nutrition expert Dr. Simon Dyall will take us beyond the headlines to uncover the nuanced, often-overlooked science behind Omega-3’s role in depression, dementia, and overall brain health.
